On the farm
Who says all peas are pea green? Created in a rainbow of hues, these peas playfully bend and curl, giving each pod a unique fingerprint. Harvested at peak maturity, these peas are crisp, firm and bright, bringing a special palette in both color and flavor.

With this being the only seed that we have available of the blend we are not able to offer a better germinating lot at this time. We have found that with a heavy planting this variety does perform well in the field. Not recommended for tray growing.

The Snap Pea Bouquet is a field mixture of the Honey Snap, Royal Snap and the Petite Snap-Greens. These are full season snap peas that produces a variety of purple / maroon / yellow and green snap peas. Colored pods have strings where green pods are stringless.
In addition to colored pods harvesting the whole plant is something to consider. Chefs have made pea stock, pea syrup, pea flavored ice cream and salads from the branches and leaves of our varieties. Peas are most vibrant in the juvenile stage when seeds are beginning to fill out the pod.
