On the farm: This golden child shines a lovely yellow as does the leaves of the healthy plant. The tips and blossoms can also be harvested to add even more color to the plate.
On the table: Known for its sweetness these honey snaps turn translucent when cooked. A simple sauté with garlic and olive oil is a favorite preparation, though there are as many ways to serve them as your imagination can conjure up.
